Part 3/4 Section 3 of the Cape to Cape takes us from Ellensbrook to Moses Rock - a rugged 30km stretch where the track hugs the coastal cliffs and the ocean is never far from view. By this point, we were finding our rhythm, the body fresh after a good night’s sleep and the mind settling into the simplicity of the days. This part of the Cape carries a mix of breathtaking beauty and a quiet, unspoken darkness. Along the way, I push my limits with another marathon surf session and experince one of my most exciting and nightmarish rock fishing missions in the South West of WA to date.
